Breezy Thompson, Jessica Murphy, and Isabel Palomera were full of energy when Nxup Magazine caught up with them during the ZOE Rescue Walk held at Los Angeles Mission College on November 6, 2016. Breezy, Jessica, and Isabel are members of the club My Gen My Fight at the College of the Canyons in Southern California. My Gen My Fight is a club inspired by ZOE, an international organization which operates in Southeast Asia, Australia, and the United States, whose goal is to educate people and rescue children of human trafficking. Breezy and other members of My Gen My Fight were at the event to support their parent organization.

“We’re so fortunate to have the blessings and support of ZOE to launch

on our campus,” Breezy said.

“Not a lot of people are aware of human trafficking especially here in Southern California,” Jessica explained, “but our hope is that through the help of our parent organization ZOE, we could bring our schoolmates and friends to join and bolster our membership and launch more awareness campaigns in our campus.”
